Although each system is a bit different, on average we can complete your repair in a week or less.

What terms do you offer, and what forms of payment do you accept?

Most Telcos will qualify for NET 30 terms. A company check works the best.

Who pays for freight?

Typically, you pay to send in your repair. We will pay the ground freight back. If you require expedited freight services, you will be invoiced for that or use your account.

What is your warranty period?

Our standard warranty to Telcos is one year. We can offer you longer warranty services based on your requirement.
